Terms of Service

yAppointment is a B2B SaaS appointment booking and business management platform operated by LohiSoft s.r.o. The platform enables businesses to manage appointments, customers, payments, and communications. We act as a technology provider and do not directly provide the services booked through the platform.

By accessing or using yAppointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@yappointment.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content, features, and functionality of the yAppointment platform are the exclusive property of LohiSoft s.r.o. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Payment is processed via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or Tatra Banka bank transfer. Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT where applicable. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@yappointment.com for refund requests.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. Business customers acting as data controllers can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by contacting info@yappointment.com. The DPA outlines our obligations as a data processor on your behalf.

You may not use our platform for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to send spam, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to distribute malware, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LohiSoft s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LohiSoft s.r.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy, except where retention is required by law.
