After a booking, the invoice is created in your invoicing software — the program your accountant already uses.

Keep the invoicing software you already use. This is not Xero or QuickBooks, and it is not a generic EU invoice PDF. After a booking, the invoice can be created in the local tool your accountant already works in.

If you do not use an external invoicing tool, a built-in generator is available. It does not replace a mandated local fiscal product. Where the law requires certified software, the invoice still has to be issued there.

How it works

You already have an invoicing app — the one your accountant uses.

Paste your own API key in settings. That credential stays in your account, not ours.

After a booking, the invoice appears in that app.

The invoice is issued in Billingo, which reports it to NAV.

After a booking, the invoice is created in your Számlázz.hu account.

Számlázz.hu issues the invoice and files it with NAV.
