Your app. Your number. Your clients.
Not a marketplace app, not a shared number, not a client list somebody else controls. You pay for it once, and there is nothing extra on the monthly bill.

On every booking you take, for as long as you stay.
Your clients book in the language they actually speak.
On working days, from someone who knows the product.
Client data stays in the EU and exports in one click.
Whose client is it, really?
The difference that never shows up on a feature list.
On a marketplace
With yAppointment
Your client installs the platform's app and creates an account there.
Your client installs your app — your name, your logo, your colours.
Search results put your competitors on the same screen as you.
There is no same screen. The app has only you in it.
The reminder arrives from a number nobody recognises.
The reminder arrives from your own phone number.
Every message is billed to you, month after month, for as long as you keep sending them.
You buy the SMS bridge once. After that, messages go out on the mobile plan you already pay for.
Getting your client list out depends on their export policy.
Export the whole list yourself, any day, without asking anyone.
An app in both stores, under your name.
Not a page inside somebody else's app. A real one, published as your business, that your clients find by searching for you.
You order it from your admin panel, we build it, and we publish it in the App Store and Google Play under your own business name. Your logo on the icon, your colours inside, your name on the store listing.
It runs on the booking page you already have, so nothing your clients know changes. They install it once and book from their home screen from then on — no account on anyone else's platform, no login to remember. When we ship an improvement, your app gets it too; you do not have to do anything.
One payment of €400. There is no monthly fee for the app, and there never will be.
- Published in the App Store and Google Play under your business name
- Your logo on the icon, your colours throughout the app
- Push notifications that come from you, not from us
- Clients book, reschedule and cancel without calling you
- We handle the store submissions and every update afterwards
Made to order. You order it in your admin panel, upload your logo and details there, and we take it from submission to release.

Reminders that come from your own number.
Not from a gateway with a shortcode nobody recognises. From the phone already sitting on your counter.
Most booking systems send reminders through an SMS gateway and bill you for every single message. At five to ten cents a message, a salon sending a hundred a day pays €150–300 a month — €1,800–3,600 a year, just to remind people to turn up.
Ours works differently. You install our app on an Android phone, pair it with a QR code, and the reminders go out over the mobile plan you are already paying for. Your clients see your number, so a reply lands where you would expect it.
It is €150, once. Every message after that costs you nothing extra.
- Your clients see your own phone number on the message
- No per-message fee after the one-time purchase
- Pairs with a QR code in about two minutes
- Failed messages are retried automatically
- Delivery status visible in your admin panel
The math
Android only — Apple does not let an app send text messages on your behalf. You install it from your admin panel with a QR code.
Everything else your clients see carries your name too
The booking page, the widget on your site and the emails all go out as you.

Your own booking link
One link for your bio, your posts and your printed cards. Clients book without creating an account anywhere.

A widget on your own site
Drop the booking form straight into your website. Your clients never leave your domain to book.

Your clients' own language
Twenty-five languages, picked automatically. Someone booking from abroad reads the page in their own.

The client history behind every name
What they had last time, what they paid, what you promised them next. Yours, exportable, in the EU.

Email that goes out as you
Confirmations and reminders from your address, with your wording — not a template with someone else's logo on it.

The same experience on every phone
The booking page works on anything your clients own, whether or not they ever install the app.

The questions people actually ask
Is the app really published under my name?
Yes. Your business name on the store listing, your logo on the icon. Your clients search for you and find you — we are not mentioned on the outside of it.
What if I stop using yAppointment?
Your client list is yours and exports from your admin panel any day, without asking us. The app is a one-time purchase, not a rental.
Do I need my own developer account?
No. We can publish it through ours, or through yours if you would rather own the store listing directly. Both work.
Is there a monthly fee for the app or the SMS?
No. €400 for the app and €150 for the SMS bridge are one-time payments. The only recurring cost is the €10 a month per location.
Is there any commission on bookings?
None. Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you — we never hold it, route it or take anything out of it. Stripe charges you its own processing fee for that, which is between you and them.
What if I need help?
Write to us and you get an answer within two hours on working days, from someone who knows the product rather than a ticket queue.
Let your clients book with you, not with a platform.
