How long does it take to set up?
A wizard walks you through it. One location and a handful of services is enough to start taking bookings the same day.
Do I have to move my old client list by hand?
No. Send us what you have — a spreadsheet, an export, whatever your old system gave you — and we import it for you.
Is the monthly price per person or per location?
Per location. Add as many staff members as you like — the price does not move.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel at the end of any month, with no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Is there any commission on bookings?
None. Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you — we never hold it, route it or take anything out of it. Stripe charges you its own processing fee for that, which is between you and them.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any day, yourself. Clients, appointments and history export from your admin panel. Your data is stored in the EU.
